Helen Jones

Helen works with the Sevenoaks Partnership of Primary Schools as Education Consultant to the Board of Trustees alongside supporting schools and their leaders as they navigate the opportunities and challenges of leading schools today.

A former Headteacher and National Leader of Education, she combines educational consultancy, executive coaching and leadership development to support schools within the partnership and across Kent.

As a qualified and experienced Executive Leadership Coach, she works alongside leaders to help them think deeply, gain perspective and move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose. She also designs and delivers leadership training focused on organisational vision and values, strategic development, change management and building effective teams. She facilitates networks where school leaders can connect, think together and support and challenge one another.

Clare Strange

Rachel Harland (Finance Lead and Clerk)

Rachel Harland is the School Business Professional Network Leader, the finance lead and clerk for the Sevenoaks Partnership of Primary Schools alongside her role as Bursar and Clerk to Governors at Ide Hill Primary School. Rachel also works as a consultant supporting schools in financial difficulty. 

Vanessa Fewell (Administrator)

Vanessa is often the first port of call for schools across the partnership when we are looking to provide new training opportunities. She draws on years of experience and ensures that every school across the partnership is provided with all the information they require to access everything we have to offer.
