Our Regional Hub Model
The Sevenoaks Partnership of Primary Schools is a strong and vibrant network of 32 schools. To ensure collaboration remains meaningful, supportive and impactful across such a large partnership, we are organised into four regional hubs.
Each hub brings together schools within a shared geographical area to encourage closer working relationships and deeper collaboration. Within hubs, schools work together on shared priorities and joint projects, enabling innovation and collective problem-solving at a local level.
We actively promote skill-sharing across schools, creating opportunities for leaders and staff to learn from one another’s strengths. Training opportunities are frequently shared and, where appropriate, delivered within hubs to maximise participation and relevance.
Hub Heads meet regularly and work closely together, providing professional support, challenge and encouragement. This strong peer network is a key strength of the partnership.
Each regional hub is led by a Trustee, ensuring clear strategic alignment between hub activity and the wider partnership vision.
Through this structure, we combine the strength of a large partnership with the close collaboration and responsiveness of local networks.
