About Us

The Sevenoaks Partnership of Primary Schools (SPPS) exists to strengthen education for children across our local area through collaboration, professional trust and shared purpose.

As a partnership, we bring together schools that are committed to learning from one another, supporting one another, and working collectively where it adds real value. We recognise that every school is unique, with its own context, strengths and challenges, and our work is grounded in respect for that individuality.

SPPS provides opportunities for collaboration at different levels, through partnership-wide initiatives, smaller hubs of schools, and professional networks, allowing schools to engage in ways that are meaningful and manageable. For some, this may be deep and sustained involvement; for others, it may be more focused or occasional. All forms of engagement are valued when they contribute positively to outcomes for children and staff.

Our priorities are shaped by the needs of our schools and informed by educational expertise, with a clear focus on improving teaching and learning, developing leadership capacity, and supporting inclusive practice. We are supported by a Board of Trustees, a dedicated Business Manager, and an Educational Consultant, ensuring that our work is both strategically sound and practically grounded.

Above all, SPPS is a partnership built on relationships. It thrives on openness, generosity and a shared belief that we are stronger when we work together in purposeful and thoughtful ways.
